The inaugural Silver Puck Challenge tournament was held over the weekend of June 3, 4 & 5, 2005. Steve Kreuger assists with the creation of the tournament name; Jon Perz locates and introduces me to many new "beer league" hockey players in west Michigan and Tom Mehney opens the doors at Patterson Ice Center for the first ever adult "beer league" hockey tournament at their facility.

The AEA has been bringing adult "beer league" hockey tournaments to west Michigan for over 20 years. Hockey Hold'em is a one of kind adult "gambling" hockey tournament played with drafted teams of all different skill levels, ages and genders. If you want to be champion at Hockey Hold'em you're going to have to "Gamble Your Way to the Top!" [MORE INFO]
Dekes & Dangle Pond Hockey Invitational is currently the only pond hockey tournament being played in west Michigan. Dekes & Dangles is "Pond Hockey for only the Strong. The facility includes heated cabins, a chilling system and a lights for night time play. [MORE INFO]
