• Teams are comprised of both men and/or women with NCAA to professional skill/experience levels. This is best defined as the Fredonia Cup (A) of the 30+ options. Available in June.

• Teams are comprised of both men and/or women with a minimum of high school skill/experience levels. This is the perfect follow up bracket for those that have participated in the VanValkenburg Cup (B+) or Taxi Squad Bracket (B/B+). Available in June.
• Teams must follow the bracket's AEA Salary Cap constraints.

• Teams are comprised of both men and/or women with many years of gen-rec to high school skilled experience levels. Teams that have participated in the Jonkman Cup (B) would most likely be good fit for this bracket. Available in May.
• Teams must follow the bracket's AEA Salary Cap constraints.

30+ bracket age rules

1. Players must be 30 years of age on opening night of your first game.
2. Goalies must be 27 years of age on opening night of your first game.
3. All other standard SPC Rules apply.
